As the festive season gathers speed, we want to take a moment to pause and reflect on the year which is rapidly drawing to a close. In the inevitable whirl of Christmas lunches, celebrations and shopping lists, it’s all too easy to focus on what’s up next and overlook the 12 months we’ve just had … but at Global BPO, we think Christmas is the right time for a moment of reflection and gratitude.
We pride ourselves on building close working partnerships to help our clients solve their operational challenges – whether that’s because their business is growing, responding to market changes or undergoing a temporary resourcing challenge.
This year has played out against a backdrop of global political upheaval and domestic economic uncertainty – we know that it’s been a struggle for many. That’s why we are so grateful for the growth that we and many of our clients have had in 2025, it’s been our pleasure to strengthen our relationships with both our existing clients and new ones!
Once again, we have seen a significant increase in demand for our Risk and Compliance services this year – a trend which we think will continue as the regulatory environment becomes more ever complex and demanding.
We were also delighted that our new Creative Services offering, encompassing presentation creation, website design, graphic design, animation video production and motion graphics has flourished this year. We’ve been proud to help our clients craft precise, professional, ‘stand-out’ content and communications.
